I’ve never used a service like this before, but I am so glad I went for a custom made engagement ring over store bought. Melissa, at Durham Rose, was simply great from explaining the process, to helping me design the ring - the whole thing was smooth,easy and exceptional value for money - not to mention that the final ring is absolutely stunning, better than anything I saw growing the usual jewellery shops. I felt that I had real input into to the design to reflect my partners personality and style, but had really professional and experien artistic guidance from Melissa to ensure the final price works. I can’t recommended the company and Melissa highly enough!
