My partner went to Durham Rose so he could work with them to design my engagement ring, what they achieved was to capture my personality in a ring. I love it. I needed to get the size altered and Durham Rose were brilliant, they knew I was keen to start wearing it so they were really quick, kept me up to date where they were up to and as promised delivered it back on time. These guys put the customer at the heart of what they do. Definitely going to get the wedding rings from them. And Melissa is a star.
