From the first communication email, through to the telephone conversation & the computer image designs, I knew I had come to the right place. Natalie was professional, very friendly but most of all, patiant. I changed the design two or three times but I never felt like it was a problem. I gave her an idea of my budget & she stuck to it. Never trying to up-sale me. I was regularly kept informed on how the process was going from start to finish. When it arrived, I was very impressed at the way the ring was wrapped & presented. I actually filmed myself opening the package so I can show my future fiancée after I’ve popped the question.
