Bespoke contemporary sapphire heirloom ring – Portfolio

The 'Ring of the Week' this week features the resetting of a family heirloom Sapphire centre stone. The impressed Sapphire centre stone was originally cast in silver and has been in the family for some time before being transformed into this truly bespoke piece of jewellery. The centre sapphire was then bezel set into a platinum ring with eight diamonds, set equally around the outside of the bezel to represent each of the couples grandchildren. The ring shoulders are adorned with channel set brilliant round cut diamonds to symbolize the couples children and their partners. This well thought out and personal ring design has incorporated every member of the family, creating huge amounts of sentimental value within a timeless, unique piece.
